Questions 31: Dialog, POV, and Passive Voice

I have too much dialog in my novels. How do I balance it with good POV, avoid passive voice, etc?

My editor sent me a book “712 More Things to Write About” by the San Francisco Writers Grotto to practice with. It is full of whacky writing prompts that force you to think outside the box, and using it like you said has been enlightening. I’ll let you know if my editor notices a difference!
