I love your podcast and have been listening for a few years now. I never have any pressing questions to ask, but this episode on chronic pain really resonated with me. I have my own joint and nerve issues, and then I basically sat on the couch for over a year with a sick child, so I’ve been putting a lot of effort into getting back on track recently. I find the work of the biomechanist Katy Bowman really inspiring and your listeners might enjoy her podcast, Move Your DNA. Her core message is pretty much what you say in this episode: move as much as you can as often as you can. I’ve especially taken her idea of a “movement snack” to heart and try to do some stretching or balancing instead of heading to the fridge. Thanks for the many hours of great listening!
