As someone who medicated a while as an adult, medication isn’t a 100% creative negative. The quiet meant in the time that might have lead to 100 ideas only led to 10 but it changed my ability to focus enough to follow through on 5 of the 10 instead of 1 in 100.
I no longer medicate because I used it as an aid to build strategies and environment, but I will say don’t sell it short as a tool to help you develop non-pharma methods to manage ADD.
