Firstly, congrats to Dan on not dying. The Substack article about this was both alarming and interesting. Secondly, my truncated Bradbury challenge has already been invented as Story A Day May – link for show notes https://storyaday.org/start-here/what-is-storyaday-may/
Thirdly, I have just finished giving the finished short stories a quick edit and I was very pleased the results but those I think might be publishable without further work don’t really amount to a decent sized collection and I haven’t considered shopping them around yet. But overall the experience was very rewarding and fun, and I do encourage anyone like me who consider themselves too long winded for shorts to give it a try at some stage, the quick turnaround and feedback is worth the effort and the pain of the new.
